How do I sign Up?
Click on the button that says sign up now at the top of the page under our live
chat.
What type of files do you accept?
jpg, pdf, eps, and flattened psd.
What is a bleed?
A bleed is the area in which your artwork is cropped so
that we can insure your color goes to the edge. We require an 1/8" inch bleed
on all products. For example, if you are doing a 4x6 card your new document
size would be 4.25x6.25. Remember this extra space is for images or backgrounds
only not any text - it will be cut off. If you are unsure that your file
is correct please go to the template section and download the correct file.
What is Aqueous Gloss?
Aqueous gloss is a coating that protects the ink and allows the ink to
dry faster.
What is UV Gloss?
UV gloss is a glossy coating that gives your finished product a polished look. Not available on all products.
Do you Guarantee Color?
Yes, if you have a previous sample we can color match your job for a small fee.
